Goods are subject to availability. If any item you have ordered is not available, we will inform you as soon as practicable, giving you the option of delivery of the available items, or cancellation of your order.
We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 working days of the order being placed (Monday to Friday).
We will dispatch goods by the delivery method chosen at time of order. Consignments may require a signature on delivery.
Missing or delayed items
Please note that we will need to wait 14 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items. This is due to Royal Mail not classing an item as lost until after this period has past.
